PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36A77620Q0266 Palo Alto Package 14 Eppendorf Centrifuges The Department of Veteran Affairs Sierra Pacific Network, VA Palo Alto, CA has a requirement to purchase eight (8) Eppendorf 5810R Refrigerated Centrifuges and accessories in support of the activation of the new research vivarium currently under construction at the VA Palo Alto Campus. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for small business concerns conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1). Please find attached the approved brand name Justification and Approval (J&A) in accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(6) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(ii) and the final requirements document. To submit a quote in response to this notice, please send a quote to the Contracting Officer Michelle Rhodes at michelle.rhodes@va.gov no later than Wednesday May 13, 2020 at 1:00 PM (Eastern).
