PreSol SPRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36A77620Q0265 Palo Alto Activation Package #10 Infrared Imaging Systems The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Long Beach Healthcare System has a requirement for Infrared Imaging Systems, as part of the Palo Alto Activation new VMU. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b), and the posting of the brand name Justification and Approval (J&A) in accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(6) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(ii). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Small Business authorized distributors, conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1). Partial quotes will be considered. Please see attached J&A for the LI-COR Pearl Imaging System. The Government contemplates award of one or more Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Orders (PO) resulting from this solicitation. Please find attached the final Salient Characteristics, Delivery and Pricing schedule.
