PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36A77619Q0166 Omaha Activation Project 58 Lynx Duress System The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Healthcare System (VA NWIHCS) has a requirement for the Lynx brand Duress System as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Omaha Ambulatory Care facility. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for service disabled veteran owned small business concerns conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1). Please find attached the approved brand name Justification and Approval (J&A) in accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(6) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(ii), the final Statement of Work (SOW), and the 6550 that needs to be completed and returned with the vendor s quote. To submit a quote in response to this notice, please send a quote to the Contract Specialist Bernadette Bodzenta at Bernadette.bodzenta@va.gov no later than Monday May 11, 2020 at 1:00 PM (Eastern).
