PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36A77620Q0208 West Haven Activation Package #12 Vital Signs Monitors & Stands The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Connecticut Healthcare Systems Annex (Errera Community Care Center (VACHS) has a requirement for Vital Signs Monitors & Stands as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Errera Community Care Center. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for small business concerns conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1). Please find attached the final Statement of Work (SOW), and pricing schedule to be completed and returned with the vendor s quote. To submit a quote in response to this notice, please send a quote to the Contract Specialist Bernadette Bodzenta at Bernadette.Bodzenta@va.gov, no later than Monday March 30, 2020 at 1:00 PM (Eastern).
