This requirement is a brand name or equal with Grace Medical as the basis for design. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105. The solicitation will be issued on beta.sam.gov for Request for Quotes (RFQ) Unrestricted, Full and Open Competition conducted in accordance with FAR 13.105(a). Please find attached the final Statement of Work (SOW). To submit a quote in response to this notice, please send a quote to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer Richard Webb and Heidi Gallaher Richard.Webb3@va.gov at Heidi.Gallaher@va.gov no later than Friday March 27, 2020 at 1:00 PM (Eastern).
