PRESOLICITATION NOTICE West Haven VACHS Annex Pkg 32 Video Teleconferencing Systems The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA West Haven, has a requirement for Video Teleconferencing Systems as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed West Haven VACHS Annex. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for small business concerns conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1). Please find attached the final Statement of Work (SOW).
