PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36A77620Q0181 Omaha Activation Project 23 Evacuation Chairs The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Healthcare System (VA NWIHCS) has a requirement for Evacuation Chairs as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Omaha Ambulatory Care facility. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Small Business concerns conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1).
