PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36A77620Q0174 West Haven Activation Project 23 Presentation Cabinets The Department of Veterans Affairs, VACHS has a requirement for presentation cabinets as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed VACHS Annex (Errera Community Care Center - ECCC) located at VACHS Annex West Entrance 200 Edison Drive Orange, CT 06477. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) concerns conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1). Please find attached the final Statement of Work (SOW), final salient characteristics, and the price schedule. To submit a quote in response to this notice, please send a quote to the Contracting Officer Michelle Rhodes at michelle.rhodes@va.gov no later than Thursday March 12, 2020 at 11:59 PM (Eastern).
