PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36A77620Q0168 Omaha Activation Pkg. 43 ScrubEX Machine The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Healthcare System (VA NWIHCS) has a requirement for an ScrubEx Machine Brand Name or Equal as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1) and the final Statement of Work (SOW). To submit a quote in response to this notice, please send a quote to the Contract Specialist Brett Meister at Brett.Meister@va.gov no later than Monday March 16, 2020 at 1:00 PM (Eastern). Questions of a technical nature will not be answered as part of this notice; however, all general questions may be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email at Brett.Meister@va.gov prior to March 11, 2019.
