PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36A77619Q0004 Omaha Activation Project 135 Wheelchair Scales The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Healthcare System (VA NWIHCS) has a requirement for Wheelchair Scales as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Omaha Ambulatory Care facility. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% SDVOSB concerns conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1). Please find attached the final Statement of Work (SOW).
