Page 2 of 2 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36A77620Q0045_1 Chula Vista Package #12 PODS & Miscellaneous Seating The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Healthcare System (VA NWIHCS) has a requirement for PODS and Miscellaneous seating as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Chula Vista Community Outpatient Clinic. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation , FAR 5.201 and FAR 13.105. The solicitation will be issued as an Oral Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1). Please find attached the final Statement of Work (SOW). To submit a quote in response to this notice, please send a quote to the Contract Specialist Bernadette Bodzenta at Bernadette.Bodzenta@va.gov no later than Friday January 3, at 1:00 PM (Eastern). Questions of a technical nature will not be answered as part of this notice; however, all general questions may be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email at Bernadette.Bodzenta@va.gov prior to December 20, 2019, 1:00 PM (Eastern).
