PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36A77620Q0042 West Haven Activation Package 9 Exam Tables The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Connecticut Healthcare System (VACHS) has a requirement for the procurement of Brewer brand exam tables or equal as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Errera Community Care Center (ECCC). This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1). Please find attached the final Statement of Work (SOW), SOW attachments 1A-1C, and the Price Schedule for Completion. To submit a quote in response to this notice, please send a quote to the Contracting Officer Michelle Rhodes at michelle.rhodes@va.gov no later than Friday December 13, 2019 at 11:59 PM (Eastern).
