PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36A77620Q0032_1 Omaha Activation Project #99 Patient Warming Systems The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Healthcare System (VA NWIHCS) has a requirement for Cincinnati Sub-Zero Patient Warming Systems as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Omaha Ambulatory Care facility. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ). Please find attached the approved brand name Justification and Approval (J&A) in accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(6) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(ii), the final Statement of Work (SOW).
