It was updated to inquire as to whether the vendor can provide the all the brand name or equal requirements in addition to the requirement meeting the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) St 79 sterilization guidelines. Sources Sought/Request for Information notice. This posted notice is not a Pre-Solicitation or Solicitation document. This document does not commit or obligate the Government in any manner. Response is strictly voluntary. It is not mandatory to submit a response to this notice to participate in any formal request for quotes (RFQs) process that may take place in the future. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, on behalf of VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) is conducting this Sources Sought to identify contractors who possess the capabilities to provide the required Brand Name or Equal Ergonomic Workstation for the packaging and visual inspection of surgical instruments. The brand name for reference is PureSteel.
