AMENDMENT 001: The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to inform the industry of changes to the technical specifications for this requirement. Specifically, the Period of Performance for this requirement was revised to one (1) year from Date of Award. Please see attached “Revised FAA Technical Specifications”. Please note, the date and time for offer submissions has been extended to 5:00p.m. EST on Thursday, May 05, 2022. OFFERS RECEIVED AFTER THAT DATE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. ___________________________________________________________ The Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) ATO Cyber Security Group (AJW-B4) has a requirement for the Annual Renewal of OWL Data Diode Hardware Maintenance (see attachment for quantities and Serial Numbers). The Period of Performance for this requirement is from Date of Award through December 31, 2022. This requriement is being competed on a limited competition basis among qualified authorized resellers of OWL Cyber Defense products/services only. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred for preparing responses to this announcement. Therefore, any costs associated with a response to the RFQ are solely at the interested vendor’s expense. This procurement is being set-aside exclusively for competition among small business concerns. It is anticipated that the Government will award one Firm Fixed-Price purchase order to the lowest price responsible responsive offeror, who is an authorized reseller of OWL Cyber Defense products/services, for the full quantities listed in the RFQ, that meet the required specifications, and quantities. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 518210 for Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services with a small business size standard of $30,000,000.00 annual revenue. All potential vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website (ww.SAM.gov) for consideration of this award. OFFERS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 5:00P.M. (EST) ON TUESDAY, APRIL 13, 2022. OFFERS RECEIVED AFTER THAT DATE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Offers must provide statement that their firm can meet all requirements outlined above.
