DEN-FY24 REPLACE SIDING LHX RCAG 21004699 The purpose of this announcement is to seek statements of interest from vendors capable and interested of performing refurbishments and rodent mitigation at the La Junta (LHX) Remote Communication Air/Ground (RCAG) facility in accordacne with the draft Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications attached. Responses from this announcement may be used to estabish a limited competition pool if simplified acqusion procedures are determined to be appropriate for this project. As such, interested vendors are highly encouraged to respond to make thier interest known if they wish to be considered. All, or part, of this work may be set-aside to small business, SBA 8(a) program participants, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), or Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns if responses recieved determine such set-asides would be appropriate and adequate competition can be anticipated. Type of Project: General construction. -- Offerors are cautioned if set-aside for small bsuiness concerns, per FAA policy at 3.6.1-7 (LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING (JULY 2021), the prime contractor or a similarly situated entity must perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees. Percentage of work your company would subcontract and high-level list of tasks. c. List of companies your company would likely team with and/or subcontract 3. Rough Order of Magnitude (a ballpark estimate for the FAA's budgetary planning purposes) for the services described in the requirement.
