The FAA is conducting a Market Survey to identify capable vendors for Second Level Engineering, sustainment, development, and implementation services supporting the Terminal Flight Data Manager (TFDM) system. This is a Request for Information only, not a Request for Proposal or Request for Quotation, and the FAA is not seeking unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for submitted information or any costs incurred in preparing a response; all costs are the vendor’s responsibility. Responding to this Market Survey neither qualifies nor disqualifies a vendor from responding to any subsequent Screening Information Request, if issued. The FAA may contact respondents at its discretion to request additional information.
