The Government currently leases an approximate 69,554 rentable square foot building, in Miramar, Florida. Upon expiration, the FAA may choose to execute a lease agreement with the lessor at the current location. The FAA is considering alternative space, which meets the Government technical requirements while being economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider the availability of alternative space that satisfies the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocation, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvments and telecommunications infrastructure, etc.
