Disassemble, clean, reassemble, coat and seal ASDE panels 3. Removal, maintenance and reinstallation of the existing lightning protection System 4. Performance must be IAW J-1 ADW Specifications and J-1a ADW Drawings in Section J ORF ATCT: 1. Remove and replace existing roofing membranes (approximately 17,500 square feet) on both the ATCT and the Base Building (BB) 2. Inspect existing wood blocking for damage, dry rot, proper fasteners, etc. Replace damaged wood blocking utilizing fasteners IAW roofing manufacturer’s specification. 3. Inspect existing substrate for damage, dry rot, proper fasteners, etc. Replace damaged substrate utilizing fasteners IAW roofing manufacturer’s specification. 4. Removal, maintenance and reinstallation of the existing lightning protection System. 5. Provide and install roof hatch guard systems at ATCT cab roof hatches. 6. Remove and replace existing insulated ATCT cab exterior metal insulated panels. 7. Remove and replace any flashings in order to mitigate water infiltration into the tower and link areas. 8. Performance must be IAW J-2 ORF Specifications and J-2a ORF Drawings.
