The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting market research for companies that rent Class A Recreational Vehicles. Each year during hurricane season it is anticipated that several RV’s will be required to be deployed to disaster areas as part of a FAA hurricane response team. These RV’s are used to house Air Traffic Controllers that will be temporarily assisting in maintaining active operational air space. The RV’s will be deployed based upon location of the disaster area and will be based upon need. As such, the current requirement is unknown at this time.
