Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Department of Transportation requires the removal and installation of a fuel dispensing system at the Yocum Sailing Center, located at the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York. The project must be completed within 90 days of receiving a Notice to Proceed after contract award. This is a small business set-aside, firm-fixed-price contract to be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
