The area of consideration is within a five (5) miles radius of 407 North Airpark Rd, Tupelo, MS 38801 (Tupelo Regional (TUP) Airport. Space requirements include approximately 2,994 occupiable square feet with on-site parking for twelve (12) vehicles, of which five (5) must be reserved for government owned vehicles.
