The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) desires to lease a minimum of 2200 ANSI/BOMA square feet of space to a maximum of 2500 ANSI/BOMA square feet of contiguous office space within a building in close proximity to the Portland International Jetport, Portland, Maine, within the boundaries listed below: North: State Route 25, South/East: Interstate 295, West: Interstate 95 The FAA requires 14 surface/outside parking spaces, reserved for the exclusive use of the Government. Space type: 2050 square feet of office space and 150 square feet of storage space Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessability, seismic and sustainability standards as per the terms of the lease. Term: 10 years A fully service lease is required. Offered space should not be in the 100-year flood plain.
