Purpose of Announcement: This is a market survey/sources sought notice for vendors who are interested and capable of providing two integral components of the switching circuitry for the single pull double throw switch: Capacitor Chip Part # 584R560H10 Switching Diode Part # 584R574H01 Please note, this notification lists two pieces of equipment which could be two separate requirements, so make sure to reference which item (or both) your company is submitting interest for. The contractor must furnish all labor, facilities, equipment, and materials to produce a Form, Fit, Function (FFF) alternative for the items, as laid out in the attached statement of works (SOW). The FAA is seeking interested vendors for these switch components. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only to assist in building a procurement package. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with this market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor’s expense. At this time the nature of the competition has not been determined. The FAA may decide to do a full and open competition or set aside all or part of the procurement for small businesses, service disabled veteran-owned small businesses or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA's 8(a) Program. That will be determined on the responses received from this sources sought/market survey.
