The area of considerations must be within a fifteen (15) mile radius of the Altoona-Blair County Airport (AOO) at 310 Airport Drive, Martinsburgh, Pennsylvania, 16662. Space requirements include approximately 765 occupiable square feet with six (6) on-site reserved parking spces for government owned vehicles. The offered space must be contiguous and located on the first (1st) floor without being split by a publc corridor or firewalls. Please review and complete the following package if interested: A. The lease will be expiring and the Government plans to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location. FAA will consider alternative space only if it is economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as cost likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move cost, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunucation infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
