Date: November 5, 2025 Subject: Request for Proposal (RFP# OR2026R30K002) Intercity Bus Atlas: Expansion and Maintenance Dear Sir or Madam, The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive has a requirement for the subject services for its Bureau of Transportations Statistics (BTS). You are invited to submit your offer accordingly. The DOT anticipates the award of a Hybrid (Time & Materials and Firm-Fixed Price) Contract for the subject requirement. Technical and Price Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with Section M. The period of performance of the proposed Contract will be for one base year and two option years, from the time of award. Contract terms and conditions will be subject to negotiations in accordance with FAR Part 15.
