Posting the attached Government Responses to Vendor Questions. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ The U. S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Research Division, Office of Research and Registration, has a requirement is to promote the usage of the North American Fatigue Management Program (NAFMP) through education and outreach to carriers and drivers to market the availability of the NAFMP, including completion of a web site migration to a new responsive mobile-capable web site. FMCSA intends to issue a solicitation and award the resultant Sole Source contract to COMMERCIAL VEHICLE SAFETY ALLIANCE (CVSA). The contemplated contract will be firm fixed-price. This award will be made in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source, CVSA is capable of satisfying agency requirements and responsibilities with NAFMP. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Interested organizations may request a copy of the solicitation or submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified primary and secondary points of contact.
