MARAD ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF THE GENERAL RUDDER FY21 DRY DOCK The responses to this Notice will be used for planning purposes for an upcoming procurement. Therefore, this Notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); it does not guarantee the future issue of a RFP; nor does it commit the government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, this Agency will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that this Agency will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice; all costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the responding party's expense. By way of this Market Survey/Sources Sought Notice, the Maritime Administration, Division of Gulf Operations intends to determine the extent of firms that are able to provide administrative support services to support the General Rudder FY21 Dry Dock estimated to take place around 10 September 2021 and last approximately 31 days. In order to provide support services, the contractor must be able to perform all work in accordance with standard marine practices and be able to comply with the rules and regulations of the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) and United States Coast Guard (USCG). The contractor would be required to provide administrative services that include, but are not limited to, uploading documents to the NSE database and organizing them as required by the final SOW, updating and distributing weekly reports to the project team and preparing a dry dock portfolio that includes the final administrative accounting, all signed delivery orders, change orders, BOL’s, delivery receipts, all dry dock administrative receipts, and condition found reports. REQUESTED INFORMATION: This Agency requests that interested contractors complete the following questions to assist the government in its efforts of performing market research for this project. 1.
