The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement for professional legal support services for litigation matters. Services are required from a national law firm to support, assist, and advise under the direction of the Agency class action litigation attorneys or other officials in defending against the claims raised in class, multi-plaintiff, or complex employment litigation, and other complex ligation of a same or similar set of claims, fact pattern and/or novel legal employment issues. Respondents are encouraged to review the attached DRAFT SIR 693KA9-23-R-00004 and attachments and submit comments/questions no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday, April 7, 2023. FAA responses to vendor comments and questions will be posted. All questions must be submitted via email to Francisco A. Felix, francisco.felix@faa.gov and the subject line must state "Draft SIR Response, 693KA9-23-R-00004". Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
