The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) / Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is asking for feedback and conducting market research to determine if there are any Contractors to support the FHWA Research, Development, and Technology located at the Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center in McLean, VA. An overview of the required services and intended outcome is provided in the attached RFI. The purpose of this request for information (RFI) is to introduce the concept of an application in which the FHWA is interested. This application will be referred to as Application for Data Management and Informatics Requirements (ADMIR) in this RFI.
