The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Hapeville, GA that will be expiring. The Government seeks to lease office space for a Flight Standards District Office (FSDO) for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The area of consideration is within a five (5) miles radius of 6000 North Terminal Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30320 (Atlanta Airport (ATL). Space requirements include approximately 90,000 occupiable square feet with on-site parking for 370 vehicles, of which 15 must be reserved for government owned vehicles. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Please review the Solicitation for Offers (SFO) and sign if interested.
