Contractor performance includes, but is not limited to, the follow activiies required for replacement: • Remove current tilt-a-way vehicle gate, gate pad, and pedestrian walk thru gate.. • Provide electrician to connect new gate, operators, etc. and dispose. • Provide and install 1 each 22’ W X 7’ T aluminum twin track roller gate. • Provide and install hydraulic drive 240 volt gate operator with heater, cold weather package, and ice scrapers. • Connect all current entry devices to new operator. • Provide and install new pedestrian gate with new hinges and new cypher lock installed. • Provide and install 2 each retroreflective photo eyes with heaters as required by UL 325 Standards. • Provide electrician to connect power to new gate operator.
