The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Greenwood, MS, that will be expiring. The Government seeks to lease office space for a System Sector Center (SSC) for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The area of consideration is within a five (5) miles radius of 502 Airport Road, Greenwood, MS 38930 (Greenwood-Leflore Airport (GWO). Space requirements include approximately 2,050 occupiable square feet with on-site parking for 11 vehicles, of which 4 must be reserved for government owned vehicles. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Please review the Solicitation for Offers (SFO) and sign if interested.
