The Government provides the space and equipment identified in the SOW. See the Attached SOW for additional information concerning government-furnished property. The resulting requirements shall adhere to the Randolph Sheppard Act. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. As part of Market Research, this RFI is being used to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing food services as further described in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. The draft SOW describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of work and may vary from the work scope in a final SOW included in any Request for Quote (RFQ). The anticipated period of performance is a Base Period of one (1) year with ten (10) one (1) year Option Periods. The contractor will be providing services for the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, 6500 S. MacArthur Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73169. There is no solicitation document at this time. The NAICS is 722514 - Cafeterias, Grill Buffets, and Buffets. NOTE: Please ensure that System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) indicates this NAICS code if you are interested in the requirement. Identify geographical areas your company currently services? b). Approximately how many current employees do you have in the service area(s)? c). Indicate prior experience for the same/similar service in these geographical areas. d). If the experience is through a Government contract, please identify the contract number. e). Are you a certified and authorized vendor to perform food service? Clearly identify what functions/experience/resources your company has and will be able to perform independently of a subcontractor. Ambiguous responses that lack clarity will affect the Contracting Officers’ ability to assess if your company is a viable source for this requirement.
