In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Procurement Guidance T3.2.2.3 – A. Complex Source Selection; Screening Information Request (SIR) Added 9/2020, the FAA anticipates awarding an indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The scope of this contract is to provide a variety of operational and administrative support services as ordered, primarily in seven functional areas: Executive Support Services Infrastructure Protection Program Support Services Business and Mission Program Support Services UAS Program Management Support Services Personnel Security and ID Media Program Support Services Security Applications Support Services Security Solutions Development Support Services Transition Support Services The period of performance is one base year, with four one-year options. The acquisition strategy is an open competition. All business sizes are eligible to participate in this acquisition. All interest parties are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or costs incurred which are associated with any response from this Screening Information Request (SIR). Therefore, any cost associated with SIR submissions will be solely at the interested party’s expense.
