The NAICS code is 237110, size standard of $45.0 million. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates, are attached to this Announcement. The price range for this requirement is $500,000 to $1,000,000.00. Payment and Performance Bonds are required. A site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at 9:00 am. Due to security requirements, all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. state driver's license) to gain access to the site. All contractors must submit a list of attendance at least 24 hours in advance to joshua.j.espinosa@faa.gov. Your list must note which employees (name and company) will attend. Any attendee not on the official list will be denied access to the facility. All RFI’s must be submitted in writing to Joshua.j.espinosa@faa.gov at least five (5) days prior to the date specified for receipt of proposals.
