The FAA requires a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) structured interview tool that allow users to generate interview guides from a database of FAA-provided behavior-based, job-related competency profiles and corresponding interview questions with rating benchmarks. The desired system should be ready-to-use cloud-based system, be capable of supporting at least 50 competencies and 1,000 questions that assess those competencies across entry level, management and executive roles. The tool should be capable of branding to match the FAA ‘look and feel.’ Acquisition Management System (AMS) applies to FAA in place of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and various other provisions of Federal acquisition law.
