The Federal Aviation Administration is conducting market analysis via this Market Survey/Request for Information to ascertain current market conditions related to Federal and Drug Administration (FDA) Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) Rapid COVID Tests for use across the United States to include the U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam. The FAA will review the responses to the Market Survey and will make appropriate acquisition planning decisions that best meet the FAA’s needs. The results of the Market Survey will assist the FAA to determine the extent of the requirement that may be set-aside for small businesses, socially and economically disadvantaged small business [8(a)] and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. All interested parties are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this Market Survey/Request for Information. Therefore, any costs associated with Market Survey/Request for Information submissions will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Response to this Market Survey Any response to this market survey is for informational purposes only and will not be released. Any proprietary information submitted will be protected if appropriately marked. No evaluation of vendors will occur and vendor participation in any informational session is not a promise of future business with the FAA. Responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. All responses must be received by 3:00PM Central Time on July 28, 2022. Market Survey responses received after the time and date specified will be determined to be late and may not be considered. Respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. The estimated number of test kits is between 10,000 to 30,000 tests and the tests may be shipped to multiple locations or one location. The tests must have an expiration of one year, if possible. If it isn't available, provide the expiration date available. 1.
