The approximate area is 2,600 sq ft. Contractor will be required to remove and dispose of existing rock/vegetation/ground cover, landscape fabric and plastice sheeting and irrigation system. Contractor will be required to provide a planned design of landscape layout that that will include weed barrier, non-vegetative ground cover, and site appropriate vegetation requiring zero water & maintenance. This is set-aside for SDVOSB, 8A and Small Disadvantaged Businesses
