Monitoring software detects and provides information regarding BOT activity accessing ESC systems such as detect RPA services and identify a BOT, detect abnormal processes, monitor trends and assist with problem resolution. The solution will include installation, validation testing, and training for users and administrators sufficient to satisfy a wide range of administrators and users. Training will include sufficient depth for operational competence, application configuration in the environment, software maintenance for patching and upgrades.
