In accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.8.4.2, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) intends to procure Office Furniture from Federal Prison Industries (UNICOR). The required UNICOR products will be installed at the WJHTC. This announcement is for notification purposes only in accordance with AMS Policy 3.2.1.3.11.2. A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement. The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparing of a response to this announcement.
