Introduction/Purpose: The FAA has a requirement for Janitorial Services, between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., at the Janesville, Wisconsin Air Traffic Control Tower, in accordance with the draft Statement of Work attached to this announcement. The facility is located at 3926 S Oakhill Rd Janesville, WI 53546. 2. Incumbent Contractor: The incumbent contractor for this procurement is as follows: Richard Deegan 1101 Read Rd. Janesville, WI 53546-8719 Contract number: DTFACN-16-C-00009 3. Nature of Competition: The acquisition strategy for this procurement has not been determined at this time. The results of this Market Survey will determine the final acquisition strategy. The FAA may decide to do a full and open competition or set aside all or part of this procurement for small businesses, disabled veteran- owned small businesses or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA's 8(a) Program. 4. Submittal Requirements for Market Survey: The FAA is requesting that interested companies submit responses based on their capability to perform the requirements of the attached SOW.
