The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Bridgeport, WV that has expired. The Government seeks to lease office space for a System Sector Center (SSC) for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The area of consideration is within a mile (5) miles radius of 2000 Aviation Way, Bridgeport, WV 26330. Space requirements include approximately 5,790 occupiable square feet with on-site parking for 14 employees, 10 Government owned vehicles, 1 John Deere tractor with various compartments, and 4 trailers. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Please review the Solicitation for Offers (SFO) and sign if interested. Interested parties have until June 16, 2020 no later than 4:00 pm eastern standard time to contact Glen T.
