In accordance with Section 3.2.2.4 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA’s decision to use single source procedures to issue an order under Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) 692M15-19-A-00001 with Microsoft Corporation for technical skills and consulting in support of the FAA’s data migration into Microsoft’s Sharepoint Online within the Government Community Cloud (O365 GCC). Microsoft Corporation is the OEM of the Microsoft products and has the necessary expertise, knowledge, access and rights to Microsoft proprietary software.
