Amendment 0002 Questions and Answers Currently the tape inventory resides in 11 locations nationally, is the intent to relocate all 11 locations to the Washington, DC area? Yes, it is the FAA’s intention to have all the tapes at one central location in the DC area. Pricing for Items 0001 and 0002 is for tape storage and ad-hoc transportation from the centralized location. It is unknown whether the FAA will perform relocation or the awardee will be performing relocation of tapes from various current locations to new central location. Therefore pricing for relocation performed by vendor is to be submitted as an option item. Or, will the inventory reside in the 11 locations and will gradually be migrated to Washington, DC? See above answer If we don’t have physical locations in KC, IA, OK, or WA, is it ok to price to our closest location? Vendor locations around the country are not needed as the tapes will be centrally located in DC area.
