The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking any parties who may be interested in leasing to the Government an appropriate range of 4,500 to 5,000 usable total square feet of contiguous flex or office space in one building. The space should allow for an administrative office area for Government employees and include storage space. Also, there must be a minimum of 22 off-street parking spaces for 12 employee-owned, and 10 reserved for Government-Owned vehicles. Subleases are not acceptable. Proposed lease term: 10 years, with the FAA having the option to renew for an additional 10 years. Please find and review the attached cover letter.
