The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking any parties who may be interested in leasing to the Government an appropriate range of 2,000 to 3,000 total usable square feet of contingous Class A to B flex space in one building. The space should allow for an administrative office area for Governmnet employees and include storage space. There must be a minimum of 20 off-street parking spaces for employess owned vehicles at no additional cost to govenment. Subleases are not acceptable. Proposed lease term: 5 years with the FAA having the option to renew for an additonal 5 years. Please find and review the attached cover letter.
