Amendment 0001 To The Federal Aviation Administration’s C3 Business Program Office for Contractor Support Services Screening Information request (SIR) Number 693KA9-23-R-00012 - Answers to Interested Parties Questions This is an amendment to the Business Team Support Services procurement posted in SAM.gov on July 12, 2023. The Notice ID is ASH_BusinessTeam_SupportServices. Question 1: For CLIN 0001, there are three labor category for the base year at 1920 hours. With the additional holiday added, would the government prefer the hours to be 1912? Answer 1: Yes, thank you. Full-time positions should be 1912 throughout. Please see Amendment 0001 to SIR Section B. Question 2: For CLIN 1001, there are three labor category for option year one at 1120 hours. Are those positions part-time employees? In option year two, those hours move to FTEs. Please clarify. Answer 2: This contract is anticipated to consolidate several contracts. Currently, only the base year positions/hours are guaranteed. As other in-progress contracts end, additional positions may be added to this contract. The contractor will be notified of positions and anticipated hours at that time. (Please note we have updated the noted hours to 1912.) All interest parties are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or costs incurred which are associated with any response from this Screening Information Request (SIR). Therefore, any cost associated with SIR submissions will be solely at the interested party’s expense. The due date for responses remains unchanged.
