The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), through the Assistant Administrator for Human Resource Management (AHR-1), Office of Human Resource Management (AHR), requires licenses, commercial information services, publications in any format, and library support services. These services will provide insight and research advice from subject matter experts, analysts, and research partners, and access to libraries of supporting methodologies and tools to address the following focus areas: Future of Work, Hybrid Work, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Succession Management, Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) Effectiveness, Leader and Manager Development, Human Resource (HR) Strategy, Workforce Planning, Human Capital Management (HCM) Technology Transformation, Employee Experience, Recruiting, HR Operating Model, and Talent Analytics. The company-provided licenses will provide access to electronic databases/publications. Prior activites covered publishers and vendors who provided access to commercial off-the-shelf electronic materials in many publication formats, including, but not limited to, Information Retrieval Databases. In addition, Electronic Information Retrieval Database vendors provided access, search, and retrieval of information from databases and other electronic publications installed on a server managed by the company and made available through its search interface.
