Standard Language This is not a Screening Information Request or Request for Proposals of any kind; The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals; The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey; Any costs associated with the market survey submittal are solely at the interested vendor's expense; All vendors responding to this announcement are responsible for ensuring that the documents submitted contain the appropriate proprietary marking. Any proprietary information submitted must be explicitly and conspicuously marked by the respondent as proprietary. If appropriately marked, such information will not be released to the public by the FAA, except as required under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) or any other applicable law, regulation and/or policy. Submittal Requirements for Market Survey Responses to this Market Survey should include the following elements and must be no longer than five pages. (a) Please provide relevant technical Capabilities: Please provide relevant technical capabilities that demonstrate the ability to satisfy the requirements set forth in the attached draft SOW. (b) Existing Acquisition Vehicles: Please indicate if your company can satisfy this requirement utilizing an existing contract vehicle (i.e., eFAST, GSA, etc.). If so, please provide an appropriate point of contact and adequate details. (c) Other Information: Please provide business size, type, any socio-economic status, other applicable information, comments on the requirements, or general feedback for the FAA's consideration for planning this acquisition. 7.
